A studio flat is being let for a whopping £1,499-a-month and tenants face a huge hidden cost when they move in.
The bedsit has a well equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave.
It also has a “fairly new” washing machine.
The bathroom looks fairly modern with a large shower, toilet and basin.

The lounge area has one sofa and also a cosy window seat.
The sleeping area is accessed via a steep wooden ladder and tenants would need to crawl in and out of bed.
There is no headboard or railings at the top of it.
The landlord is looking for up to two renters to move in for at least half a year.
The studio flat, in Stepney Green, east London comes semi-furnished.
But tenants are told they probably need to buy a new bed and couch because they have both “seen better days.”
A double mattress is on sale at Argos for £299 and a similar looking sofa is selling for £280.
It means tenants could have to fork out over £500 to upgrade the furniture after moving in.
The property is being let on OpenRent, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The listing reads: “We are looking for a single or a couple for this ex-Airbnb flat, very central with an excellent Airbnb track record.
“The Landlord is looking for at least a six month lease, ideally one year.
“Very bright and spacious studio flat in the heart of east London, one min walk from Stepney Green.
“One stop from Whitechapel and three stops from Liverpool Street.
“Ideal for a family visiting London or a group of friends.
“On major bus routes to the City.
“The bathroom has been recently refurbished, the washing machine is fairly new and it comes semi-furnished.”
But it adds: “You might decide to upgrade the sofa / mattresses as they have both seen better days.”
It has no garden or parking and pets are banned.
Bills are also extra and a £1,499 deposit is also required.
