A three-bedroom house has hit the market – but there’s a strange laundry-related catch.
The family home has seen better days with tired and dated-looking furniture littered around the living room.
And it’s not only a lick of paint which is needed in this property, but a bit of manoeuvring too.
The kitchen is kitted out with a sink, cooker and surfaces to cook on.
But tucked away in the corner is the washing machine, but you might not be able to use it.
Hilariously, the door is blocked by another cabinet.
The bizarre positioning would prove troublesome for the new homeowner.
Elsewhere in the property mould and dirty wallpaper cover the entire house.
Peeling wallpaper and filthy carpets mean the homeowner will need to give it a bit of TLC.
And the bathroom is caked in mould, too.
The property in Sheffield, South Yorkshire has been listed as “requiring modernisation and offering potential to a builder or investor looking for their next project.”
It is listed on Rightmove for £150,000 with estate agents Pugh and Company.
It will be sold as part of an online auction in January 2024.
