A studio apartment costing £ 1,250 a month to rent has been slammed because it’s in an old wooden GARAGE.
The pricey property does not even include bills.
These will cost an additional £ 250 per month for water, electricity and council tax.
The unusual pad has garage doors still at the front and a side entrance.
But it has a few small windows to let the daylight in and additional ones on the roof.
Inside the home in posh Cookham, near Maidenhead, Berkshire there is a small living area but it comes without furniture.

The village is popular with celebs with TV stars Ulrika Johnson and Chris Barrie having lived there.
There is a tiny kitchenette that comes with minimal countertop space.
Although there is no fridge, it includes a washing machine, oven and hobs for cooking.
The new tenant will have to climb up a ladder to sleep at night.
The tiny bedroom space has a slanted roof meaning that the tenant will struggle to stand up straight.
There is also a separate bathroom that includes a small shower.
According to the listing, the property is only suitable for one tenant.
But it comes with two car parking slots.It is being sold on OpenRent and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing reads: “Quirky, recently renovated studio, with lovely high ceilings, available for rent.
“Ideally suited for a single occupant, with two off-street parking spaces available and use of the garden.”
But some prospective renters were left horrified by not.
One person, called Ernest said: “The amount of rent is the main problem.”
“Dystopian,” said another rent.
Another person, called Rachel said: “It’s enough to trigger off a mental breakdown.”
