“There are TVs, projectors, PCs etc, everything you need for the ultimate gaming room,” the tech worker, from Toronto, Canada, told What’s The Jam.
“It can hold 20 people comfortably, the record I’ve had in there was 60.
“Any first-time visitors usually comment that it is breathtaking, and to be honest, I have the same feeling and I live here!
“They usually have a grin on their face with the sensor overload, even if it is to just sit and enjoy the ambience.”
In the video shared to social media, he spans the landing area, before showing a set of stairs leading down to the basement.

A second set of stairs also takes guests down to his private theatre, boasting a large cinema screen and red leather seats.
He has so far spent $100,000, (£59,200), on his 1,750 sq ft cave and plans to update the room even more.
He added: “The cost to run it is minimal as it is all on smart switches and I have sensors so if my kids don’t turn things off, if there is no motion for 30 minutes everything will go off.
“Everything in the game room is on smart switches and routines to automate everything as there are over 100 connected devices down there.
“I am at capacity, however will be getting rid of things to make way for new bits, such as a racing rig coming soon!”
