A high school has gone up for sale with plenty of original features left intact – from classrooms with materials left behind to a school gym and plenty more.
Built in 1924, during the height of Roaring Twenties, the school spans 17,408 sq ft, and is up for grabs at just $60,000, (£47,095) – meaning it is cheaper than the average college tuition.

Sitting on a 1.76 acre lot, the building in Burbank, Oklahoma, has been listed as a single-family home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms – and reportedly closed in 1968.
The former Burbank High School, as it’s believed to have been called, could also potentially be converted into a commercial space for a business.
There’s plenty of history within these halls.
As seen in photos, the school hall, cafeteria and even the gymnasium are slightly rundown but still in great condition.

The property also has bathrooms and bedrooms that have been converted from former classrooms.
However, many spaces have been left as they were at the time – leaving the lucky buyer free to decide how much of the school they want to keep.
A few classrooms even have bulletin boards, chairs and stationery left behind.

Along the hallways, janitor equipment, trophy cabinets and old lockers can also be seen.
To top it off, the original school district and board of educators signs are still located around the building, giving a very old fashioned, historical feel.
The school has been on the market since 19 May 2023 with Bill White Realty.
