A picture of a huge snake found in a woman’s bed has gone viral on Facebook – leaving users terrified and vowing to “never sleep again”.
The giant Eastern Brown – a highly venomous snake – was found curled up in the sheets of a woman living in Queensland, Australia earlier this week.
The snake was estimated to be six-foot-long.
The woman quickly called local snake catcher Zachery Richards, from Zachery’s Snake and Reptile Relocation, to assist.
Luckily, Zachery was able to safely retrieve the unwelcome guest.
He shared a few snaps of the creepy encounter on social media, where the post went viral with nearly 900 likes and thousands of comments.
Anthony Pearse joked: “I would develop ‘restless leg syndrome’ if I were in that bed.”
“I’m not sleeping tonight,” said Brittney Herrmann.
Yvonne Johnson added: “OMG, I’d die just seeing that, never go camping again!”
“Well I’m never sleeping again!!” said Tam Gillespie.
Kylie Dunstand agreed: “OMG I’d never be able to sleep again.”
“I’d burn the bedding,” said Eleni Wakely.
“My worst nightmare,” added Tiffany Bates.
