A man who lost his beloved pet crab has found its remains inside his computer three years later.
The purple land crab appeared to have squeezed in through a small gap in the PC tower and got stuck.
Its dried-up remains, which included several severed legs, were found when the computer required a service.

The crab’s owner said his pet mysteriously disappeared three years ago.
Jules, who lives in the Chinese capital Beijing, said his computer recently stopped working and he opened the tower to clean inside.
He then came across his missing pet’s “dismembered corpse” lying “right in front of me” at the bottom of the PC.
Jules said: “Good news, my crab that disappeared three years ago has been found.”
He believes the crustacean entered the tower through a small space at the bottom and couldn’t get out, as reported by What’s The Jam.

He added that the temperature inside the PC is very high and that it probably died shortly after venturing inside.
Jules said he never noticed the bad odour coming from his pet’s rotting corpse since 2021.
He hopes the deceased crustacean has safely made its way to “crab heaven.”

He added that he plans to glue its severed legs back together before laying it to rest.
