Giant ducks invaded a beach…but all is not as it seems.
The sands were packed with sunbathing holidaymakers when the huge mallards arrived.
The male and female ducks dwarfed the other beachgoers.

But the birds are not monster sized.
Instead the seaside village they waddled around is tiny.
It happened at Babbacombe Model Village in Torquay, Devon.
It has more than 400 models and landscaped gardens connected by 1,000 ft of model railway track.
Spokesperson Steve Pearce said: “Giant ducks claim their throne under the radiant sun leaving beachgoers in a frenzy.
“Sometimes we get cats having catnaps here.
“But it’s great to have ducks at our beach.”
The birds did not stay long, but fans of the attraction loved the quackers scene, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Harriet Parker said: “I don’t know why but this is the most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen.”
Amy Phillips added: “The tiny villagers must be terrified.”
And Wendy Wade chimed in: “I want to live there.”
The model village is fictional, but many of the buildings are based on UK landmarks.
It appeared in an episode of Holiday of My Lifetime in 2014 with Len Goodman and Matt Allwright and on The One Show in the same year.
In 2018 it was used as a filming __cpLocation for TV series Don’t Forget the Driver.
