Dozens of delighted doggos made a splash after being let loose for a paws-itively brilliant pool party.
The soggy pooches were in doggy paddle paradise as they took over the lido for a special end-of-season swim before the pool underwent its annual deep clean.
The event saw pups of all shapes and sizes diving, splashing and paddling to their hearts’ content at Jubilee Pool in Penzance, Cornwall, as reported by What’s The Jam.

A spokesperson for Penzance Council said: “Most dogs were quick to dive in at the deep end while others needed a bit of gentle persuasion.”
The council, a long-term supporter of the Art Deco lido, has splashed out £40,000 this financial year towards the pool’s running costs and to subsidise entry for locals.
An RSPCA spokesperson added: “We had a splash-tastic, woofly day at the Jubilee Pool Dog Day.
“It was wonderful to see all the dogs having such a great time swimming and playing around.
“We also loved chatting with so many of you.
“A huge thank you to the amazing Jubilee Pool team for having us.
“We had the best time.”
Locals were left grinning from ear to ear after the adorable day out.
One said, “This is absolutely amazing.”
Another added: “That looks brilliant, what fun they’re all having.”
And a third said: “Lots of happy soggy doggies, and their owners. Great to see.”
The pool reopens on 12 November – once all the paw prints have been mopped up.
