A video showing an adorable camel cooling down during an intense heat wave has gone viral.
Tour guide Salim Alkathiri, 32, captured the moment the mammal approached the water’s edge and lay down.
Water splashes the camel until suddenly it is knocked over by a wave.

The camel’s legs flip into the air as it rolls over with glee.
The video was filmed in Salalah, a city in the south of Oman.
The video went viral with 11 million views, over 750,000 likes and over 11,000 comments.
One user said: “Everyone needs a good chill sometimes!”
Barbara commented saying: “I never knew they liked to be in the water, I think of the desert when I think of camels, this is very cool to see, thank you.”
Another user expressed their jealousy of the camel, adding: “I want to be this camel”
