A huge humpback whale was spotted leaping for joy in a British beauty spot.
The animal repeatedly threw itself clear of the waves, twisting through the air, for over half-an-hour.
Ian Boreham was stunned by the display.

“We had a real life experience watching a stunning humpback whale breach so many times,” he said.
“I’ve seen the whale before.
“It appeared below me as I watched from cliffs.
“But this was the best views of it breaching ever.”
The breathtaking footage was shot during a wildlife survey off Newquay, Cornwall.
The whale has been frequenting seas there since New Year’s Eve, as reported by What’s the Jam.
Ian said: “I’ve lived in Newquay all my life.
“I hadn’t seen a whale here until 2018.
“I saw the first on in that year off Towan head about 60-feet offshore.
“We have been blessed since then.”
“To see one breach like that was incredible.
“The whole body just lifted out, and to see it in front of you is such a sight.
“It was breathtaking to be honest.”
