A big cat is feared to be on the loose after a mystery long-tailed beast spotted at dusk
Eerie videos show the beast standing by a fence silhouetted against the evening sky.
The dark outline was as tall as the four-foot high fence.

It had a long thin tail and appeared to be rubbing itself on the fence, possibly scent marking.
It was spotted by Jack Goldwater who was driving past on the West Pennine Moors, south of Blackburn, Lancashire.
He had stopped to admire the view.
But after seeing the creature he zoomed in using his camera phone and managed to record it at extreme magnification.
“I stopped for the view and saw something looking at me very still then it started rubbing against the fence,” he told, What’s The Jam.
“It was in quite a remote area.
“So I managed to get two clips on my phone
“It looks like it has a big tail in one of the clips.
“And it looks to be nearly as tall as the fence and that’s quite a tall fence
“I’m 6ft and the fence was up to my chest
“It definitely looks like a big cat to me.
“And I didn’t want to hang around any longer so I left.
“Everyone has their own opinion on what it might be and that’s fine.
“People might think I’m crazy but they are definitely out there.”
It’s not the first time a big cat has been suspected to be prowling the north west.
Last year Darren Tinsley stumbled on the remnants of slaughtered sheep inside an abandoned metal pipe in Frodsham, Cheshire.
Additional skeletal remains were located nearby, all showing signs of a savage feast.
At the time the 42 year old noted the sheep had been meticulously skinned and their bones stripped of meat.
