A former military spy who went undercover to trap targets has shared her top techniques for seducing men – and claims it will make them bend to your every whim.

Aliia Roza is an expert in charming the opposite sex, having spent years in the military to become a master manipulator.

Born in the USSR to a family consisting of several high-ranking generals, the now 36-year-old was expected to follow in their footsteps and enlisted to become a spy, training in a KGB-inspired programme.

Aliia was coached in manipulation, seduction, persuasion, and neuro-linguistic programming, with orders including going undercover to trap targets.

With the day of love (14 February) fast approaching, the real-life Red Sparrow is using her unusual skills in a different way – to help women find love by teaching the art of seduction.

“I was taught how to seduce any man fast and easy including dangerous criminals to such a degree that I could control their decision-making,” the women’s empowerment coach, who has 1.2 million followers (@aliiaroza), told NudePR.com.

“KGB seduction techniques are not sustainable because they are too powerful; this knowledge can kill – but I have adapted some of them to daily life so any woman can use them and make a man fall in love with her.

“Then, she can decide what type of relationship she wants from him; for her target to propose to her, keep a friendship or build a business connection.”

The jet-setter, who moves around between Los Angeles, Monaco, Milan, and Paris, also outlines the key do’s and don’ts.

Aliia, who has been married five times, said: “The worst thing you can do when trying to seduce someone is focusing on provocation, addiction, or obsession.

“I don’t recommend these techniques because they can make the man depend on you too heavily.

“I only used these extreme techniques when dealing with criminals, who need a ‘firm’ hand.

“To seduce a ‘regular’ man, start by arising his interest and build intrigue.

“Play to evolution; men are ‘hunters’ – if a woman is too available, she won’t be as interesting to him, and he won’t appreciate you.

“Be his muse, add a bit of mystery.

“In recent years, men have also become less confident in approaching women for fear of how they will be perceived.

“If you’re interested in someone, give him a reason to approach you and start the conversation using the plunger technique.”

“When looking for the right resource to attract men, I spotted a plunger.

“I asked one of my coaching students to take it with them to the club and put it next to her on the bar counter.

“Countless men came up to her to ask why she’d brought a plunger to a bar.

“Most men need something to open their chat with, this gives them that.

“I once went to the beach myself and brought a large adjustable wrench, several men asked about it, we joked and then started to get to know each other.”

Aliia also shares five additional tips below in more detail (see fact box).

She said: “Seduction is a lifestyle, it’s not just for love.

“It can help you win negotiations, become a better networker, improve business skills, and boost your confidence.

“It might be a man’s world but behind every man is a smart woman.”

Aliia, who has rubbed shoulders with the rich and famous, having even met King Charles III, has a tumultuous past.

During a mission to take down a drug cartel, the ex-spy fell in love with her target, the drug lord, Vladimir.

When she was found out, he helped her escape but was tragically later killed by “his own brothers”.

The coach, who is also a model, public speaker, and social media influencer, is grateful for her experiences – both good and bad.

She said: “I don’t regret my relationship with Vladimir because it was my job and I knew I was doing it to save people.

“And you can’t help who you fall in love with, but be careful what you wish for.

“Dear ladies, before giving your heart away, please study your target like a spy: collect information about him, his previous relationships, check his inner circle, interests, goals, and plans, because he may not be the right man for you.

“Don’t go too fast and give yourself away, that’s how you end up with a broken heart.”

*** FACT BOX: FIVE TIPS FOR SEDUCTION BY A FORMER SPY ***

Master manipulator Aliia Roza shares her top five tips for seduction, explaining why you have to start with yourself.

“First of all, if you want to seduce anyone you should start with yourself. Love yourself, and work on building your self-love and self-esteem. Men will treat you the way you treat yourself.

“Men don’t care about looks as much as they care about your personality, charisma, and sexuality. Don’t get plastic surgery (unless you’re doing it for yourself) or go on diets to lose weight for someone else. Go back to step one of these tips and use your personality to flirt and charm the man you like.

“Don’t waste time on men who will never change. Study your target and make him jump through some hoops. Test him. If he fails, don’t expect that he will change in a year, it’s better to appreciate your time and energy and move on than wait around for a bad target. For example, if in the beginning he doesn’t open doors for you or offer his help and support when you’re going through tough times, he’ll probably not do it in the future either.

“Seduce his inner circle, too. If his family, friends, and colleagues don’t like you, he will most likely not continue a relationship with you.

“Choose your target as you would interests and hobbies. If you like sport lovers, go to sports games, if you like spiritual men, go to a meditation centre, if you like business-orientated men, go to a conference. Having mutual interests unites people and you can build a solid foundation, but also means more targets to play within a smaller space.”
