A shocked Brit found a pair of ‘worn pants’ inside her new £32 dress seconds after opening her holiday haul package.
Grace Willetts was full of excitement when her clothes order for her trip abroad was delivered.
What happened next left the 22-year-old shaken and feeling ‘sick’ when one of her dresses had an unexpected item inside it.

A pair of ‘dirty pants’ was scrunched up inside the item, which also apparently had a stench of ‘BO’.
“I felt so sick after it,” Grace, from Worcestershire, told Whats The Jam.
“Just the fact there’s actual bodily fluids there and I could have touched it not knowing who that even belongs to.

“The fact it’s just someone’s dirty pants.
“I was so shocked and disgusted I thought, how could this have even happened.”

The accountant had purchased the dress from Pretty Little Thing in preparation for her holiday to Majorca, Spain.
The haul of clothes came on 6 Jul, with a Chocolate Hotfix Bandeau Maxi Dress instantly catching her attention – for all the wrong reasons.
She said: “I was confused why the fabric felt so bunched up.

“It also had a strong smell of body odour, which made me confused and a bit disgusted already.
“Then I unraveled the dress to see the pants and just felt so sick.
“It all seemed fine; the bag was sealed properly that the dress was in, it looked pretty normal and then the smell hit.
“I threw the whole dress away from me and I laughed at first just in shock, thinking what the hell is going on.”
Grace shared the clip of her disgusting discovery online, with the reaction racking up over 150,000 views.
She quickly raised the issue with Pretty Little Thing who, according to the shopper, asked her to return it through their usual returns portal if she did not ‘wish’ to keep it.
The incident has now put her off from buying any more clothes from the fast fashion retailer.
Grace said: “I was really annoyed about this response because it just was like it’s a normal thing for them, and saying if you do not wish to keep it.
“Shocking, why on earth would I want to keep a dirty dress.
“I think it’s disgusting from Pretty Little Thing and it needs to be taken more seriously, sending somebody a contaminated parcel with someone’s actual bodily fluids on.
“So vile to experience, the thought of it makes me feel sick.
“I’m a bit angry with how they are dealing with it too, just a lack of bother or urgency.”
Jam Press has approached Pretty Little Thing for a comment.
