Funny footage shows the moment over 150 ‘T-Rexes’ took part in a ‘Dino Derby’ in the US – with ‘Sexy Rexy’ being crowned the winner.
The T-Rex Race took part at the Emerald Downs racetrack in the city of Auburn, Washington State, on 21 August.
The 1/16 of a mile race, put on by TriGuard Pest Control, featured over 150 contestants dressed in inflatable Tyrannosaurus rex costumes.
Footage of this year’s race shows the competing T-Rexes lining up on the track before waddling over to the gates.

The bizarre-looking bunch then runs one-sixteenth of a mile as the commentator announces ‘Sexy Rexy’ as the winner with ‘Dino’ coming in second.
The winner, real name Logan Kludsikofsky from Auburn, said afterwards: “If you ain’t first, you’re last!”
The children’s race was by 13-year-old Sebastian Davis, with Hadley Lindsay, 14, coming in second.
Emerald Downs hosted the first T-Rex Race since 2019 when the event went viral with over 100 million views on social media, according to the racetrack.
Track President Phil Ziegler said: “So many people commented how the race video made them smile and laugh.”
