An influencer has shared the hilarious mishaps faced while in the gym as her leggings keep ripping – showing off her bare bum to fell gym-goers.
Yanyah Milutinovic, a self-proclaimed fitness addict, regularly shares her workouts with her 372,000 followers on Instagram.
The 38-year-old previously hit the headlines after revealing that she birthed her 9lb son in one single push – in less than 30 seconds.

Now, she’s gained attention once again; this time in the gym, after constantly splitting her leggings and exposing her bare bum.
In a clip posted on Instagram, racking up 3.6m views and over 58,000 likes, she reveals some of the hilarious mishaps.
“As the pants rip, it throws you off balance and can be a little scary,” the fitness coach told What’s The Jam.
“I was worried that people would see my behind and I quickly covered up by wrapping my hoodie around my waist to continue on with my training.
“But people have laughed, and me with them.

“No one has got upset or offended.
“The reactions have only been supportive in the gym.”
Yanyah, from New York, US, says the ordeal has happened to her at least five times.

She believes it could be due to adding additional stress to the tissue in her bum while doing low bar squats – or that she’s wearing too small of a size for her bum.
The clip was captioned: “ I understand the struggle and the additional costs of ripping your leggings and sweatpants when building an ass that won’t fit them ”
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with many people finding the funny side.
“How does this happen so routinely to you,” one user commented.
Lil added: “Biggest nightmare at the gym” followed by three laughing emojis.
“Whole ass out is crazy lmaoo,” Cierra said.
Although some people weren’t as kind.
“Posts a video wanting for men to applaud her ‘ass’ instead people call her out on her choice of itty bitty gym clothes,” someone said.
Another user added: “They need to revoke her gym membership imagine you go gym on that one day and you see a random girl that ripped her pants from the back”
“Maybe don’t buy smaller sizes to get likes,” one person commented.
Yanyah added: “I wanted to make a joke with my female audience, so I shared funny clips of myself, poking fun at the classic pants-ripping mishap.
“I can empathise with some of the perspectives and partially agree with them, however it seems that [people] are not seeing the complete picture.
“The extent of hate, negativity and distasteful comments from men that I have received is concerning.
“I find it incredibly disturbing that some men feel entitled to dictate what a woman should or shouldn’t wear in the gym.
“I am open to all respectful comments and acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their opinions.
“[But] some comments imply that I am seeking male attention or have nothing more to offer than my appearance.
“I am astonished by the entitlement of some men, automatically assuming that my post was intended for their sexual gratification or attention.
“Many others, both men and women, saw it as harmless humour.
“Regardless, no man or woman has the right to tell any other person how they should or shouldn’t dress.
“In my opinion, if you don’t like it, scroll by the post, or look away.”
