An influencer who “went blind” after changing his eye colour now wants to undergo the “most painful surgery ever” to lengthen his legs.
Francesco Chiofalo recently spoke out about his long list of cosmetic procedures on the satirical current affairs programme Le Iene.
The influencer told comedian Stefano Corti: “I’ve had my beard, teeth, nose, and lips done, and I’ve had various facial injections.

“Then I had my ears reduced. One morning, I woke up and said, ‘I want eyes like a husky.’ You know, the dog breed?
“That’s exactly what I wanted – to look like a ‘visitor’.”
Chiofalo, 35, underwent keratopigmentation in April to change his irises from hazel to icy blue, but he later “went blind”.
In June, he posted a video showing how he was rushed to a hospital in Rome, Italy, for an epileptic seizure.
He later explained: “My eyes rolled back, which is why I couldn’t see well. My eyes rolled back, and I had moments of darkness.
“The temporary blindness was also due to the eye surgery, I was told.”
When quizzed about how much he’d splashed out on cosmetic ops to date, Chiofalo told Corti: “I think it’s over 100,000 euros.”
When asked why, he replied: “Let’s be honest: everything a heterosexual man does is for women.
“I think I embody the male version of that curvy, somewhat enhanced woman. That would be me, but in male form.”
Chiofalo, who boasts 1.8m Instagram followers, has further plans to alter his appearance.
He revealed: “Right now, I’m considering the leg-lengthening procedure because I struggle with my height.
“But it’s very painful, and you have to be on crutches for seven months doing physiotherapy.”
Lower-limb lengthening has been described as the “most painful surgery ever”.
It involves breaking a patient’s bones, inserting a metal rod, and using an external device to slowly lengthen the gap multiple times a day.
Chiofalo said: “I’ve done it all, even had my eyebrows tattooed. If I go through with the leg procedure, I’ll have done everything.”
Keratopigmentation uses a laser to apply a pigment in the cornea through a circular micro-tunnel, which covers the natural darker colour of the eyes.
Changing eye colour for purely cosmetic reasons remains banned in many places.
Chiofalo said: “If I were to recommend the eye procedure? No, I wouldn’t advise it because it’s not an easy process.
“People keep telling me I should see a psychologist, but I’ve been going for three years and have changed therapists 10 times.
“I realise I’m a bit out of my mind. This height issue is really bothering me, and sooner or later, I’ll go for it.
“You know why I haven’t done it? Because it’s not allowed in the European Union.”
He joked: “Guys, please, don’t approve it.”
Chiofalo, who is 1.8 m (5’11”) tall, will not be the first influencer to undergo leg lengthening, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Colombian Yeferson Cossio underwent the excruciating op to stand 8 cm (3 in) taller, at 1.85 m (6’1”).
He was still walking with a limp in July – 10 months later.
