An influencer has revealed how many times she has gone under the knife to silence online haters.
Carolina Gómez took to Instagram to address the rumours circulating about her appearance.
Many online fans have criticised Gómez for the way she looks.
As a result, the 20-year-old posted a video listing her boosted body parts.

Gómez, who is currently helping her boyfriend Yeferson Cossio recover from limb-lengthening surgery, claimed she has never touched up her lips or buttocks.
However, she admitted to undergoing breast enlargement surgery and two nose jobs in the video.
She told her 1.7 million Instagram followers: “How many surgeries have I had?
“I’m going to start with the hair…well, my hair is like this thanks to my dad.”

She shared a photo of her father’s thick locks.
“Next, breast surgery, mammaplasty, which I had at 18-years-old.
“My first cosmetic surgery was my boobs.”

In the video, she shared several snaps of her when she was 14 and 15 years old for comparison.
She said: “Well, clearly I had nothing, so you can see what I was like at that time.”
The Colombian influencer stated: “I have had absolutely nothing done to my lips, I know that sounds super strange.
“I don’t need to deny these things, if I had anything done, I would tell you.”
She admitted to having a nose job followed by a second “super subtle” procedure on the tip for aesthetic reasons.
She also said that she had work done on her teeth to improve her smile.
Gómez added: “I put on long eyelashes for those who ask me because they ask me a lot.”
Pointing to her rear, she said: “Do I have plastic here? No.
“The little that is there is thanks to work in the gym.”
She also debunked online rumours that she wears her hair down because of her unsightly ears.
Gómez said: “I only keep my hair down to hide my ears’, you guys really started to bother me with that one.“I’m going to show you that they are normal ears, nothing unusual.”
In the clip, the influencer holds back her hair to show her lugholes to the camera.
The video received over 5.4 million views and over 1,000 comments.
One fan said: “Whatever they say, whether she had surgery or not, that woman is very pretty.”
Another joked: “I had two caesarean sections and my appendix removed.”
Victor commented: “Her nose looks like Michael Jackson’s, no offense.”
Gómez’s partner is Yeferson Cossio, a Colombian influencer who underwent the ‘world’s most painful operation’ to be several centimetres taller.
Cossio, 29, underwent the procedure at the end of September 2023, as reported by What’s the Jam.
At the time, he shared footage of the operation on Instagram for his 11.3 million followers.
He went from 1.77m (5’8”) in height to 1.83m (6’).”
However, he is still recovering from the painful operation and occasionally needs to use a wheelchair when out and about in public.
Gómez has been nursing him back to health during his difficult recovery process.
