An influencer has been slammed online after taking a nine-hour flight while vomiting from suspected food poisoning.
Carmie Sellitto often raises eyebrows for the food reviews he shares with his TikTok following of 1.3 million.
But the 26-year-old has gone viral for something more controversial than overpriced snacks, with a recent video garnering one million views.

In the clip, Londoner Carmie kept a tally of the number of times he needed to go to the bathroom to be sick while on a flight to an undisclosed location.
In the video, he says: “Do not even ask me how I got myself in this situation, but I got food poisoning and had to travel nine hours.
“Tell me why airlines don’t have any paper bags to throw up into? I thought that was a normal thing airlines had.
“I’m not even one of those people who just throw up like that, but I needed a bag just in case.”
Carmie said he started the flat feeling “kind of fine”, but two hours in he raced to the toilet to vomit.

He added: “There was so much turbulence, my stomach was not dealing with it very well.
“It gave me so much anxiety.
“Throwing up in random places – especially on a plane – just does not work well.”

Despite being poorly, he tasted some of the airline’s food, feeling concerned he didn’t have anything in his system after vomiting.
But the food didn’t sit well, and he once again needed to vomit.
Carmie, who believes he had food poisoning prior to the flight, said he spent an hour of the flight in the bathroom.
He added: “It got to like an hour before the flight ended and my friends were so scared for me because I kept throwing up.
“It was awful.”
While he shared the footage online, his followers didn’t respond kindly – calling him “disrespectful” for choosing to take the flight while knowingly unwell.
One irate viewer commented: “No, you don’t HAVE TO travel with something that might be contagious.
How about start to show some respect for others?”
To which Carmie responded: “I’m not going to miss my £800 flight…thank you though.”
Another critic said: “Are we aware masks exist? You did in fact not have risk the crews or passengers health.”
“This is my worst nightmare when I am flying, someone throwing up. But you are right, if it was me, there was no way I was wasting my £800,” one follower reasoned.

“Why not just extend your stay and fly once you feel better?” someone else asked.
Another user wrote: “My biggest fear is being on a plane with someone that is throwing up.”
