A woman who boasts the “world’s biggest lips” has had even more filler put in her face – this time on either side of her nose – to “even things out”.
Andrea Ivanova regularly hits the headlines due to her enhanced appearance.
The social media influencer, who has spent over £20,000 on lip filler alone, previously underwent six procedures at once as part of an “experiment”.

Now, in a bid to even her face out, she claims to have been advised by her surgeon to have even more filler – this time around her nose.
“My doctor said that it is very important [to have filler] in these areas as if there is none, then over the years, my face will look aged,” Andrea, aged 26, told What’s The Jam.
“As I have a large amount of filler in my lips, as well as in my cheekbones, there is an accumulation of filler on both sides of my face, causing wrinkles.
“Such delicate areas need to be hydrated and injected in order to keep things fresh and young.
“I’m used to this sweet pain and I love the wonderful results afterwards.”

Andrea, who also had her voluptuous lips and sharp cheeks topped up, had noticed her nasolabial wrinkles “worsening” prior to the procedure on 2 May 2024.
In total, she spent £437 and despite being happy with the outcome, the former philosophy student, from Bulgaria, had some initial concerns.
She said: “This area is quite dangerous for injection since the sinuses are located there, as well as many blood vessels.

“It’s possible that if these are blocked, the situation could be life-threatening.
“Although dangerous, in my opinion, it’s a must to inject this area to preserve a youthful face.”
Despite continuous concerns from her surgeon, she has since been told that in order to continue with the extreme transformation, there are some necessary steps which need to be taken.
Andrea added: “My doctor is worried about necrosis of the tissue in my lips, but as long as I’m careful and remember to hydrate, then I should be fine.
“It’s difficult to smile and I need to drink a lot of water since the hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge.
“I can’t rub my face hard with my hands when I wash it or make any sudden movements where the newly injected areas are.
“But I will have the nasolabial folds injected again since I want my lips and cheeks to be more voluminous.
“They are convinced, though, that I’m going too far with the enlargement of my cheekbones, too, but I am absolutely adamant that I will continue with these procedures without stopping.”
