Now, in a recent clip, racking up over 7,000 views and hundreds of likes, he’s warning men about the activities that could be “killing” their fertility, reports What’s The Jam.
“First, hot tubs and saunas,” the 42-year-old begins.
“High temperatures from these can lower sperm count and quality because testicles need cooler temperatures to produce healthy sperm.
“A single prolonged exposure can impact sperm production for up to three months.”
Dr Sethi’s second warning is about mobile phones – and not keeping them in your front pocket.

He said: “Research shows that carrying your cell phone in your front pocket can reduce the sperm count and motility due to electromagnetic radiation.
“Third; vaping introduces chemicals like propylene glycol, which has been linked to decreased sperm quality and motility.
“The chemicals can cause oxidative stress, which can affect your fertility.”

Dr Sethi, from California, US, adds: “You’ve probably heard how fertility is becoming a major issue lately.
“The combination of poor-quality food and constant toxins and electromagnetic frequencies is causing fertility rates to drop.
“It is quite concerning.”
