A mum-of-two having the best sex of her life at 65 has shared how she stays fit and healthy to keep up the fun in the bedroom – and how others can do the same during the busy holiday period.
Bobbi Parker-Hall previously hit the headlines after revealing her secret to staying fresh-faced includes having “lots of sex”.
Known for her muscular physique, she started her transformation following years of weight loss struggles and now claims she looks “better” than ever.
With the festive season less than two weeks away, the former bikini competitor is sharing tips to keeping fit and healthy over the holidays, so you too can keep up with partners in the bedroom.

And to keep that youthful glow going for longer.
“For most people, this time of year means lots of tasty food and over-indulging,” the fitness coach told What’s The Jam.
“And while it’s fun for the first few days, the feeling of being sluggish and cravings begin to take over.
“But it doesn’t have to be like that.
“It’s also so important to maintain a healthy diet throughout for your skin and mind – especially as you get older.”

The mum-of-two hopes to share her advice as part of her mission to help older women get in the best shapes of their lives.
She said: “At holiday gatherings, aim to fill half your plate with vegetables and eat them first, so the good stuff is left for last.
“They’re so high in fibre and nutrients, which is often put to the side during the festive season.

“Also, to keep blood sugar levels stable, preload up on protein, such as nuts, jerky or a smoothie – it’ll help with those work party hangovers.”
Bobbi, from Portland, Oregon, US, also says it’s really important not to skip meals in a bid to build up a larger-than-average appetite.
The 65-year-old said: “Saving calories will always backfire.
“It’s best to stick to a regular meal schedule so your body isn’t thrown off.
“This can lead to grogginess, irritability and a lack of sleep.
“If you don’t get up to eight hours each night, this can cause stress and although it’s the busiest time of the year, ensure to make room for what’s right for you.
“Most importantly, enjoy yourself – it only happens once-a-year – but don’t put your own well-being in the firing line.”
Bobbi previously divulged all about her sex life with husband, Dean, 64, and says that it’s helped her to remain youthful.
She added: “It’s so crazy to realise that at my age, I’m having the best sex of my life.
“I have now been married for seven years and this new dynamic has convinced me that a highly sexual connection is the undisclosed key to ageing well.
“The intimacy I share with my husband has made me feel a deep sense of closeness and safety on so many levels.
“I’m enjoying multiple orgasms every time we have sex.
“This depth of pleasure and intimacy is a precious gift.
“Sex doesn’t have to end at a certain age.”
