A kids battery-powered toy Mini Cooper was towed away on the back of a flatbed lorry.
A stunned motorist spotted the bizarre scene.
He joked the child owner will be annoyed and must have parked illegally to buy some sweets.

The small red version of the classic motor costs £94.99.
The onlooker said: “Anything can get towed you know.
“Little man’s p*ssed.
“He just wanted to go to the shop for a packet of Fruit Pastilles and a lolly.”
It happened yesterday (28 Aug) on Kensington High Street, in posh Kensington, west London.
It is unclear why the little car is on the lorry.
Locals were quick to poke fun at the situation, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Neil Redrupp cheekily suggested it belong to Hollywood actor Warwick Davis.
He said: “Warwick Davis is going to be so p*ssed.”
Lucas Sinclair said: “Wasn’t ULEZ compliance.”
Another quipped: “Sadiq Khan ain’t having it.”
A fourth – called Adam – said: “Did he rev the exhaust too loud?”
Another said: “Little man had no car insurance.”
