A mum has left Vinted users in stitches after using a cardboard cutout of Dobby to sell her clothes on Vinted.
The woman, who goes by ‘breakyatiffs’ in the second-hand marketplace, modelled a variety of garments on the beloved Harry Potter character.
The mum-of-three dresses up Dobby in both adult and children’s clothes on her page.
She then lists the items on Vinted to make more room in her wardrobe.
In one listing, Dobby the Elf has been dressed in a kid’s winter coat.
The hooded waterproof features Elsa from Frozen.
It is from H&M, sizes nine to 10.
After styling it on Dobby, the seller is flogging the coat for £4.99.
In another listing, the house elf is donning a green checked shirt from Shein.
It covers his entire body but his bare feet are poking out under the £1.95 shirt.
The listing reads: “ This would look nice open as a light jacket or a warm top, really nice thick material.
“Size L.
“Perfect condition.
“Beautifully modeled by Dobby.”
In various listings, the Dobby can be seen holding up a range of children’s dresses, fleeces, and tops.
Other Vinted users were left in stitches at the unusual marketing method.
Olivia Catherine said, “At a first glance I thought they’d put the jacket on an E.T. cutout.”
Kristien Constantine joked: “Master has given Dobby a jacket, Dobby is a free elf”
Michelle Jeffery said: “He needs a sock, not a jacket.”
