A model village boss has been driven nuts after displays were repeatedly wrecked by marauding squirrels.
Mark Wilson says the rodents have caused chaos.
This week a wedding display at Southsea Model Village, Hants, was destroyed in a ‘coordinated attack’.

The church congregation was scattered across the grounds, wedding guests were left face down in the grass, several had been decapitated, a cyclist was wiped out and a cake stall ruined, as reported by Whats The Jam.
It’s left Mark going out of his tree.
He said: “We arrived to scenes of absolute carnage.
“It looked like a scene from Kill Bill.
“The bride was gone, the groom was gone, the best man had half his head bitten off.
“It’s happened before.
“We’ve got a family of squirrels that live above our entrance and they use the place as their playground.
“The display was new with newly made figures and the squirrels seem to have taken a liking to their heads.
“The glamorous side of running a model village isn’t always what people imagine – I was fuming.
“I don’t think there’s a way of stopping them.
“We’ve been plagued by them ever since we took over about ten years ago.
“They seem to dislike anything new we put out.
“But we don’t want to be killing the squirrels – it looks like something we’ll have to put up with.”
But he added he might turn to a devious tactic to deter them in future.
He said: “I have my own 3D printer to create figures.
“So I could put up a giant figure of a squirrel to see if that scares them away.
“We get it all the time.
“There’s even a family of foxes here too – it’s just one of those things.”
