A builder went skiing down his snowy residential street in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
John McCormack was snowed in on Sunday (Jan 5th) and decided to pass the time by digging his skis out of the loft.
Hilarious footage, filmed by his partner Aysha Goodyear, shows the 50-year-old gliding down the residential street in the heavy snow wearing a hat, a waterproof coat, and trousers.

In another clip, he can be heard offering to ski to the shop to collect groceries for his neighbours.
He says, ” Does anybody want to fetch or drop off bread? Milk? Eggs? Toilet roll? Just give me a bell.”
John says he got the idea while watching people play in the snow on the news.
“I was watching the news with the snow and there was someone on skis in Surrey,” John, from Conisbrough, told What’s the Jam.
“I thought ‘Is that the best they can do?’ and told Aysha to hold my cup of tea.
“My skis are in the loft so I went and got them out.
“I went up and down the street about five times. There was around six inches of snow so it was deep enough.
“There’s obviously no lift on my street but I’m fit enough to walk up the hill.
“I was offering to ski to the shop for my neighbours.
“Some local businesses had to shut because of the snow and I said I could have gone and opened up for them.
“I’m a kid at heart and I like making people laugh.”
The clips have gone viral on social media, racking up more than 1.8m views.
John said: “I never expected it to go so viral.
“My phone hasn’t stopped buzzing.”
John has been skiing for ten years and flies to Italy once a year to practice.
He added: “It was good getting some use out of them and practicing for my next trip.”
