Pop superstar Shakira suffered an embarrassing fall on stage after twisting her ankle mid-stride.
The 49-year-old was performing her hit ‘Si Te Vas’ from her fourth album ‘Dónde Están los Ladrones?’ when she tumbled over.
In the clip, Shakira bowed to her fans before running across the stage and apparently twisting her right ankle.

She crashed to the floor but then immediately got to her feet like a true pro.
“Ouch, what a fall!,” she told the crowd.
The unfortunate tumble took place at the Jorge ‘El Mágico’ González National Stadium in the El Salvadorian capital San Salvador on Saturday night (7 Feb).
Shakira kicked off the latest leg of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour in the Central American country with five dates.
She opened the show on Saturday and performed at the same stadium the following night.

She will return for shows on 12, 14 and 15 February before travelling to Mexico.
Fans praised her professionalism for continuing with the show after apparently suffering a painful fall.
One local said: “Shakira has overcome worse falls and always manages to rise like a phoenix!”

“Poor thing but that can happen to anyone, let’s go Shakira!” added Ely.
Alexis added: “Super agile in getting up quickly and continuing the show

”This wasn’t Shakira’s only accident during her current World Tour.
On 20 May last year, she fell over while performing ‘Whenever, Wherever’ in Montreal, Canada, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Afterwards, she wrote on social media: “No one is immune to falls.”
