Chuck Norris has left social media users stunned after revealing his insane workout at the age of 84.
Carlos Ray Norris, otherwise known as Chuck, is an American actor and martial artist well-known for his roles in Dodgeball, The Expendables and The Delta Force.
He is also a black belt in judo, Brazilian jiu jitsu and Tang Soo Do, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Chuck also served as an air policeman in the Air Force after high school.
During his four-year military career, which ended in 1962, he was sent to the Osan Air Base in South Korea, where he reportedly began training in martial arts – a passion that would later become his trademark as an action star.
Norris was made an honorary United States Marine in 2007.
Now he focuses on his health and has shared a gruelling workout with his Instagram followers.
In one recent video, shared yesterday (20 August), Chuck can be seen doing barbell curls with six 45lb weights.
In the clip, he can be seen standing in the middle of a gym as he pulls the weights up to his chest.
One of his son’s, who is filming the clip, walks in and says: “Hi Dad, what’re you doing?”
Chuck replies with: “Just warming up.”
He captioned the post: “Rumour has it when I finish my workout, the weights have to take a break, haha! All kidding aside, I hope you all had a great summer and continue to have a wonderful rest of your year.”
The video has gathered over 38.4 million views, 1.1 million likes and 11,000 comments from fans.
