Love Island winner Tom Clare has proved he’s got more than romance in his locker after dramatically saving his fiancée’s vase with a footballer’s touch worthy of Ronaldinho.
The 26-year-old, who is engaged to Molly Smith after the pair won the first season of Love Island: All Stars, had a very close call when a special pot nearly crashed to the ground on his driveway.
After opening the boot of his Land Rover Defender, the loose vase began rolling toward the floor.

But the 6ft 5in striker reacted like a pro, as reported by What’s The Jam.

With lightning reflexes, Tom cushioned the fall with his foot before flicking it back into his hands – a save that any keeper would envy.
The clip was captured by a home security camera and shared on Monday (27 Oct).
And fans can’t get enough of his slick moves.
Tom, who currently plays for Macclesfield FC in the sixth tier of English football alongside former England striker Andy Carroll, joked: “A touch Ronaldinho would be proud of.

Caitlin added: “Touch like Ronaldo, hands like David De Gea.”
Heather commented: “This is impressive.”
While Bob joked, “Puskas first touch award.”

Tom and Molly, 31, met during Love Island: All Stars in 2024 and have been inseparable ever since.
The pair got engaged in September during a romantic trip to Dubai – and now it seems Tom’s not just keeping hold of his bride-to-be, but her vases too.
