Located in Horley, and only a five minute walk to the town centre, this property is perfect for a small family looking for a renovation project.

There’s also easy access to Gatwick airport and two schools only a stone’s throw away.

While a bargain purchase, the home has made its way to X, where users have been left intrigued by the walk-in toilet and its price.

Michelle said: “The need to poop after eating is a real problem for a LOT of people.

“I feel this layout in the way of the future,” with a detailed graph to back up this point attached.

“Soon as I saw where it was and the first pic I knew it backed onto the train line.

“Used to go past it on train every day.

“[…] £300k for that s**thole should be a crime,” added Tom.

“Auto-rinse dishwasher there in the corner, with built in waste disposal unit,” Ammon added.

It’s currently listed with Mansell McTaggart – Horley – for offers over £300,000.
