A dilapidated fixer-upper property has hit the market for just £90,000 but prospective buyers are being left in a “cold sweat” by the “claustrophobic” bath.
The two-bedroom cottage in Nuneaton has been abandoned for some time with eerie furniture and dated carpets filling each room.
But the feature that has caught people’s attention online is the bizarre bathroom.

The cramped space contains a dated tub that spans the whole width of the tiny space, with a toilet in a separate room.
Users took to Reddit to share their thoughts, with many left in disbelief over the listing.
One user commented: “I love ones like this, but that bath has me in a cold sweat – so cramped.”
Another user added: “If any house is haunted, it’s going to be this one.”
“How on earth are you meant to get in the bath without damaging your bits on the tap!” said another person.

“Eek even the wallpaper is trying to do a runner!!! It could be nice with appropriate time and money spent on it, but that’s definitely not a move straight in property,” someone else added.
While in major need of some TLC, the home could make the perfect abode for a family.
With four schools nearby and train stations offering rail links to the nearest city only a stone’s throw away, it’s in an ideal location.

There’s also a garden, accompanying shed and ample space to extend the cottage to alleviate feeling “cramped”.
The cottage is set to be sold at auction with Pointons Estate Agents, Atherstone, with a guide price of £90,000.
