A tiny studio flat with no oven or its own bathroom still costs a whopping £975 a month to rent.
The pokey pad is available for tenants to move in from 1 April.
But sadly the lack of appliances to cook with and the shortage of a toilet and shower inside is no joke.
It only has enough room for a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a table with one chair.

There is no lounge area with a sofa or armchair to relax in and no sign of a TV.
That is despite it coming “furnished.”
The toilet and shower are shared and down the corridor.
The kitchenette only has a fridge, sink, and three cupboards.

There is no surface space and the only things to cook with are a microwave, kettle, and what appears to be a tiny two-ring hob.
The bedsit is located in Talbot Square, near Paddington, central London.
It is being advertised on OpenRent.

But as well as the sky gift rent, prospective tenants also have to pay £975 upfront as a deposit.
The listing makes no mention of the ill-equipped kitchenette.
It reads: “A single studio flat in a quiet street with a public square off Paddington Station.
“Shared shower and WC, with one tenant.
“Fibre broadband, in-house laundry facilities
“Electronic key card for extra security.
“All bills inclusive.”
There is also no parking or garden and pets are banned.
