A raft of unusual new crisp flavours has been unveiled to celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The football-inspired line-up includes flavours based on dishes from around the world – including the British classic bangers & mash and smoky cheese ‘golden balls’.
The treats are sold in limited-edition packaging and on-pack promotions tied to this year’s tournament.

The bangers & mash crisps, from Walkers, are being sold in the UK and Spain.
Meanwhile, Wotsits has released ‘golden balls’ smoked cheese puffs.
Other flavours being introduced globally include Argentinian-style steak with chimichurri, Brazilian-style garlic sauce, Mexican tacos and Portuguese chorizo and onion.
Selected promotional packs will also give shoppers the chance to win prizes including FIFA World Cup merchandise, home viewing bundles and food delivery vouchers.

Fans can also enter prize draws offering two £10,000 cash prizes.

Football stars including David Beckham, Thierry Henry and Lionel Messi are also appearing on selected packs as part of the campaign.
Some of the products have already started appearing in supermarkets, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to be the biggest in the competition’s history, with 48 teams taking part for the first time.

The tournament will be jointly hosted across the US, Canada and Mexico.
A total of 104 matches will be played during the expanded competition, with the final due to take place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on 19 July.
Games will also be held in cities including Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Toronto, Vancouver and Mexico City.
