A red-faced Liverpool fan is attempting to flog a £52 Marc Guéhi shirt as the player is on the verge of signing for Manchester City.
The overconfident supporter has made a howler of a purchase after ordering a custom football kit online.
The 2025/2026 away kit features the name of the Crystal Palace captain who was rumoured to join Arne Slot’s side in the January window.

Unfortunately for the Reds the England star is now set to join Pep Guardiola’s City.
The defender has reportedly been purchased for £20m.
Following the devastating news one Liverpool fan is now trying to get their money back by flogging his custom shirt on eBay.
The ‘accidental’ purchase is now being sold online for £52.70, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The top features the star’s name and the shirt number 23, formerly worn by Anfield icon Jamie Carragher.

The seller, of Horsham, West Sussex said: “Accidental purchase.
“Forgot to cancel.”
Football fans have been left in stitches by the sale.
