Gordon Ramsay has been slammed for serving up a raw meat dish that fans joke looks like dog food.
The foul-mouthed TV chef is selling steak tartare with confit egg yolk, capers and pane carasau at one of his restaurants.
The minced meat is mixed with the other ingredients and is not cooked.

It is being served up on the A La Carte menu at Pizza East.
The dish costs £14 at the eatery on High Street, Shoreditch, east London.
But some foodies have turned their nose up at the idea, as reported on What’s The Jam.


One – named Rob – quipped: “Looks like my dog’s food.”
Liv echoed this and joked: “This has to be for a dog.”

Another said: “No thanks.”
Paul King jokily claimed: “Two invitations for salmonella.”

Ramsay, 59 – under fire for his father of the bride’s speech at his daughter Holly’s wedding – said: “A delicious fresh start for 2026.

“Steak tartare with confit egg yolk, capers and pane carasau.
“The only time it’s okay to be raw.
“A must try for your next visit to Pizza East.”
Steak tartare is a posh French dish which dates back to the 13th century.
Some fans did like the sound of it.

Holly married Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty on 27 December.
The wedding was marred by his reported fall out with his parents who weren’t invited.
