A rare whisky collection has gone on sale for £20,000.
A single owner has amassed 60 lots of Scottish malt and experts call it a connoisseur’s dream.
Highlights include two boxed one-litre bottles of The Macallan Cask Strength 10 Year Old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky, each valued at £800 to £1,000.

There are also single cask, single malt Scotch whiskies from Douglas Laing’s Old and Rare Platinum Selection, including the lost distillery Banff, each estimated at £500 to £600.
And a rare limited-edition bottle from Clynelish Distillery, distilled in 1974 and aged 23 years, is expected to fetch £800 to £1,000, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The collection is being auctioned by Richard Winterton Auctioneers in Lichfield, Staffs, with the online sale running from 5pm on 21 November to 9am on 3 December, following an initial valuation by Mr French.
