A baker has stunned the internet after whipping up a cake that looks exactly like an ashtray full of ciggies.
Lauren Klas’s latest creation blew up online after she made it for a client’s “high-low” themed birthday bash.
Mixing a bit of glam with a bit of grit, the 28-year-old fashioned an ultra-realistic “cigarette cake”.

And the end result was so believable, fans couldn’t believe it was actually edible.
“The client mentioned chicken nuggets and caviar, and we were tossing around ideas like a Twinkie or a snowball cake,” Lauren told What’s The Jam.
“Then I had the idea to turn a beautifully piped cake into an ashtray.
“She loved it.
“Everyone thinks the pretzels are real cigarettes, which I’m so proud of.

“It took me a while to find the perfect ones – they come in a little pretzel and cheese pack and have just the right weight.
“The rest is coated in white chocolate, nonpareils, and black sesame ash.”
Lauren, who runs A Tiny Kitchen NYC in New York City, US, said she started making cakes for fun in her apartment back in autumn 2022.

Now she’s a one-woman baking business.
She added, “I had no idea what it would become.
“Now I make cakes full-time for birthdays, weddings, events – even cake decorating classes.”
The clip of Lauren’s cigarette cake has been watched over 12,000 times, with stunned viewers flooding the comments in disbelief.
One person said, “I’m biased, but it’s the best cake I’ve ever seen.”
“Oh god. This is amazing,” said another.
A third added: “This is my dream cake.”
“This is the best cake in the world,” one admirer said.
But not everyone was a fan.
One horrified viewer simply said: “This makes me want to vomit.”
