Steve Irwin’s old Toyota Land Cruiser is going under the hammer.
The late TV star – known as the Crocodile Hunter – used it while working at his zoo.
The HJ45 Troop Carrier is powered by a 220 horsepower, 4.9-litre Cleveland Ford V8 engine.

It has done a whopping 258,133 miles on its clock or the equivalent of over ten times around the world
Irwin – who died in 2006, aged 44 after getting stung by a stingray -owned and ran Australia Zoo, in in Beerwah, north of Brisbane, Queensland.
The vehicle is adorned with green-coloured ‘The Crocodile Hunter’ lettering in the authentic typeface, along the sides and bonnet.
Its seller acquired it directly from Australia Zoo in 2013, as reported by Whats The Jam.
Since then, the vehicle has undergone extensive mechanical refurbishment, an electrical system overhaul and other improvements during its current 12-year ownership.

The car also comes with a history booklet and a letter from Robert Irwin, Steve’s son, noting the vehicle’s provenance.
Irwin shot to stardom in the mid 1990s.
The car is being auctioned online by Collecting Cars with a current highest bid of £11,871.

There is no reserve or guide price.
The sale ends on Monday, (1 Sept).
