Shocked Jodie Guttridge could not believe her eyes when she noticed what the heat was reportedly doing to the sweet treats.
The 34-year-old said she spotted the floppy packets hanging over their cardboard display boxes.

The scorching heat reached as high as 32C (90F) in the UK when shopper Jodie spotted it on Tuesday (12 Aug).
According to Jodie, staff were camped in front of industrial sized fans, milk was warm and products such as lip balm turned into liquid.
In the bizarre footage captured by the shopper Terry’s Chocolate Orange and Lotus Biscoff bars can be seen completely melted on the shelf.
The bars were soft to the touch.
