Gordon Ramsay’s pricey new fish dish that is so small one of his chefs makes them using a pair of tweezers has been slammed.
The foul-mouthed TV cook boasted about the Dover Sole Braisage with cucumber and dill serving at one of his post restaurants.
It is being dished up at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The eatery seats just 12 people and is located about 600ft up on the 60th floor of 22 Bishopsgate, in the City of London.
One of his chefs is seen placing the tiny piece of fish on a plate using a thin slice.
But it is then decorated with cucumber and dill plus petals.
But the chef is seen using a tiny pair of tweezers to do it.
Ramsay, 58, boasted about it and said: “Stunning stuffed Dover Sole Braisage with cucumber and dill.

“Made by James Goodyear and team at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High.”
The restaurant has a set sample menu which costs £250 per person.

Christopher Mayer said, “If tweezers have to be involved, I’m out.”

Youssef Koukouh joked: “That will be £65.”
Another quipped: “Where is my mini fork?”
A fourth claimed: “Total scam.”

Yet one said: “Delicious.”
Another added: “I’ve never seen such beautiful food.”
