The Official Monster Raving Loony Party leader is set to celebrate his birthday…at his local Wetherspoons.
Alan ‘Howling Laud’ Hope is a regular in The Prince Arthur budget boozer.
He has visited the pub over 5,000 times in the last two decades.

It works out at 250 a year or 4.8 per week.
The pub is hosting the bash for him as he turns 83-years-old.
He is currently the all-time longest-serving leader of any British political party.
At General Elections he has stood against ex-Tory PMs Boris Johnson and David Cameron.
To mark the occasion new artwork about Mr Hope’s dedication to the town and the OMRLP will be unveiled.

The event takes place on Monday (16 Jun) at the pub in Fleet, Hants.
The date also marks the 43-year-anniversary of the political party being formed.
Hope had led the part since the the death of the first party leader Screaming Lord David Sutch, in 1999

He has been in politics for 40 years and has lived in the town for 20 years.
The politician has served the local community on Fleet Town Council for 15 years.
Hope Walk – a street in Fleet – is also named after him.
The new pub artwork also details Alan’s early history as a rock and roll singer in the 1960s.
The well-known character has also visited 732 different Wetherspoons pubs across the country, as reported on What’s The Jam.
A spokesperson for Hope said: “It will also be 20 years in June when Alan Hope moved to Fleet and the Prince Arthur became his regular pub.
“Five thousand plus visits later he is still here.”
Chris Latham, pub manager at The Prince Arthur, said: “We are delighted to honour Alan Hope with the new artwork display, at his favourite local Wetherspoon pub.
“He is a well-known, much-loved and active member of the local community, which he continues to serve, as well as a very loyal customer at The Prince Arthur.
“We wish him continued success and a very happy birthday.”
Alan Hope’s friend and colleague Derrill Carr said: “The artwork is spectacular and will provide an ever-lasting memory of Alan’s life-long achievements.
“Including his commitment and support to Wetherspoon and The Prince Arthur pub.”
