Without a moment’s hesitation, the Pomeranian pooches – 18 in total, aged between nine months and five years – make a break for it.
As the pack rush out with glee, the kennel owner, Gislane Dutra, runs after them.
Her husband, Renan Borean, tries to round up the fugitives but it proves to be quite the feat.
Despite their best attempt, the escape is scuppered in just three minutes.
With the dogs once again safely behind bars, Gislane can breathe a sigh of relief.

The incident took place on 19 December in Jaguaruna in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Gislane told local press that, in the five years she and her husband have owned the kennel, this has never occurred before.
The couple also shared the video on social media, where viewers have been left in stitches.
