Footage has captured the insane moment a fisherman was body-slammed by a shark.

The fisherman, who shares content on YouTube under the name ‘Let’s Go Fishing’ – can be seen standing with a female friend on a fishing boat.

They chat and re-angle their lines as they wait for their next catch.

But all of a sudden, a shark jumps from the sea and body slams into the man.

The man takes a couple of steps back as the shark lands on the floor and flips its tail.

People in the background can be heard shouting and chatting, baffled at what to do with the beast.

When the shark stops flapping around, they measure it and take its weight.

They then look at its teeth before putting it away and getting back to their fishing.
