A naughty pup has redecorated his owner’s house by covering it in white paint after being left alone for 15 minutes.
Heather Hunt was left horrified when her Zuchon Reggie got into a tray of paint that she was using to coat her kitchen ceiling.
The 52-year-old had popped to the shops for 15 minutes and left the pup in a crate.

But when she got back, she found that the one-year-old mutt had managed to break out.
Reggie walked into the paint and ran through the kitchen and living room as well as climbing onto the sofa leaving a trail of white paw prints behind him.
Heather managed to get the paint out of the laminate flooring using turpentine but her £1,000, 18-month-old sofa was completely destroyed.
“I put Reggie in his crate and went out to get some turpentine and left the paint on the floor,” Heather, from Oldham, Greater Manchester told What’s the Jam.
“He’d clawed at the zip and got out.

“Reggie was caked in it. It’s hysterical.
“The entire living room floor and part of the kitchen floor was covered in Reggie’s white paw prints and fur marks where he had repeatedly trodden in the paint tray on the floor and walked it all over the house.
“I cleaned Reggie up first of course.

“I had to dip his feet in the turps and wiped as best I could on his face and then bathed him in the kitchen sink, dried him and then had to cut out huge chunks of what I couldn’t get out with the turps and bath.
“It was in the grooves of the laminate floor. It took me more than two hours to get it out. He was just watching me.
“It was a bloody nightmare.
“I’d only left the house for 15 mins to get some turps from the local shop so I could clean the brushes when I finished.
“I was able to use the turps and a kitchen sponge and a decorating scraper to get the paint off the laminate flooring in both the kitchen and the living room.
“The paint in the sofa did not come out and so I had to resort to just turning the cushions over.
“Reggie was sat in the living room, looking at me through the glass in the door without a care in the world.
“He wasn’t one bit bothered. He just sat and looked at me wanting to cuddle as normal.
“Reggie is naturally very cheeky, very naughty, very mischievous and very playful.”
Heather posted a clip of the destruction on her TikTok page The Three Amigos and Me which has racked up more than 445,000 views.
In the footage, Reggie can be seen covered in the white paint.
His footprints are scattered throughout the house and panicking Heather can be heard asking how he got out of his crate.
Heather said: “I am diagnosed with ADHD and so I struggle with emotional dysregulation.
“My reactions and responses are always very exaggerated and over the top so my dogs are all used to me having a loud voice and shouting on top note when things go wrong.
“They are also used to me calming down just as fast and I always end up laughing at them.”
Some commentors said that Heather’s reaction was over the top.
One person wrote: “Not the dogs fault, he doesn’t know what paint is bless him.”
Sarah said: “Dog didn’t know, it looks scared.”
A third commentor added: “Bless him. I love how you took care of him first before your sofa.”
Heather added: “Lots of the comments on the video were very inaccurate saying things like ‘he is scared to death’, ‘the poor thing’, ‘you don’t deserve to have dogs’.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous.
“I have 70,000 followers and all my actual followers know exactly how much my dogs are loved and are spoilt rotten.”
