A medium has revealed how she can sense people’s emotions while shopping at the supermarket and can tell what colour your aura is.

Chloe Smith claims that spirits use her body as a channel and that there are ghosts and angels around us every day.

The 27-year-old is a medium and psychic, helping people with the grieving process as well as general life challenges.

Being so in tune with the other side can be difficult for Chloe herself – who feels these energies while at Tesco, the petrol station and even in the comfort of her own home.

“Ghosts are tied to the Location of their death,” Chloe, from Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, told What’s The Jam.

“It can be the same thing [their death] happening over [again] or energy repeating itself.

“Or it could be a loved one who simply doesn’t want to leave a Location because they are happy and safe.

“Spirits give us love and guidance to get our attention, and they can also use my body as a channel.

“For example, I might experience chest pain which shows me this person would of passed from a heart [issue] or labour my breathing, which is a sign of having lung problems.

“Big environments are hard – like Tesco, parks and so on are tough.

“As I sense people’s emotions and feelings, I can tell if they are happy, sad or what’s going on in their life.”

The mum, who has three children – George, seven, Charlie, six, and Ivy, five – has also experienced spirits visiting her in her own home.

She said: “I often question how they [spirits] know that I can communicate [with them].

“There have been times where I have avoided them, but they will still follow me around.

“My strangest experience was once waking up in the night to faces breathing over me.”

Chloe claims that she can also sense living people’s auras.

She said: “Everything has energy – even flowers, animals, as well as humans.

“It’s like a vibe, this energy field that surrounds you can change colour, depending on mood and feelings.

“This is where chakras come in, we have hundreds of chakras in our body, but we focus on seven main ones.

“They are attached to our spine and then are linked to nerves and major organs in our body, starting at the base and running upwards to the crown of our head.

“If you have a chakra that is out of balance it may affect you in various ways.

“Both chakras and auras are important to your health and well-being, they can get blocked due to stress, illness and more.

“Red, for example, confirms that you are passionate, courageous and your strength glows through you because you have been through a lot.

“This colour is located to your root chakra, it connects us to the physical world, keeping us grounded and safe.”

THE SEVEN MAIN CHAKRAS

  • Root Charka: Red
  • Sacral Chakra: Orange
  • Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow
  • Heart Chakra: Green
  • Throat Chakra: Blue
  • Third Eye Chakra: Indigo
  • Crown Chakra: Violet

Chloe’s partner, Mason Durose, 28, also senses vibes and spirits but chooses to block them out.

Of her children, two of them have a connection to the spiritual world.

She said: “George sees spirit but forgets the day after.

“Charlie has no indication to the spiritual world that I am aware of.

“But Ivy is very psychic and senses things [are about to] happen before they do.

“For example, I wanted to find the nail cutters to clip her nails and without saying anything she just come downstairs with them.

“She will even tell me when a police car is about to come round the corner.”

Chloe believes she discovered her hidden talent at her nan’s funeral and is thankful for her connection to the other side.

She added: “I had a spiritual awakening [when] I saw my nan at her funeral.

“She was right there, glowing.

“Then when I got home, I saw a ghost in my house.

“From then on everything got stronger.

“I now help the general public, celebrities and people all over the world.”
