England fans balanced a full beer cup on a sozzled supporter’s head after he dozed off – with some saying it was more exciting than the drab 1-1 Denmark draw.
The bald man – clad in a blue Three Lions top – fell asleep on a step outside a restaurant in Frankfurt, Germany.
It was at 2:30pm yesterday (20 June), three-and-half hours before kick-off in England’s second Euro 2024 Group C match in the city.

A group of Three Lions fans gathered around him and put a plastic beer cup on his bonce.
They then took turns to slowly pour some of their drinks in it.
The supporters sang “He’s got a pint glass on his head” but it failed to rouse him.
The beer cup eventually fell off his head as he remained asleep outside the Zum Standesämtchen eatery in one the city’s squares.
Fans said it was more exciting than Gareth Southgate’s men’s dull draw against the Danes at the 47,000-capacity Frankfurt Arena which kicked off at 6pm local time.

One filmed it on their mobile phone in a one-minute and 16 second clip.
England and Liverpool supporter David Condron said: “The most entertaining thing England have done at the Euros.
Man Utd follower Matthew Tilly quipped: “More balance than England’s midfield.”

One – named Dan – said: “Rather watch this than England play another game.”
Fred added: “Watching Southgate’s England will do that to you.”
Another said: “The best thing I’ve seen all tournament.”
Leeds follower Sam Irons quipped: “He must have watched the game.”
England took the lead thanks to a Harry Kane goal in the 18th minute but then failed to build on it, as reported on What’s The Jam.
Denmark equalised thanks to Morten Hjulmand’s long range strike nine minutes before the break.
Fans were left disappointed by another poor performance after the nervy 1-0 win over Serbia on Sunday (16 Jun).
But the Three Lions are still top of the group and play Slovenia on Tuesday (25 Jun).
