A plane passenger caused a delay at check-in by rolling around the terminal floor in protest at being charged for extra weight.
The clip showed the man lying on his back on the floor in front of the check-in desks.
He then rolled onto his side, apparently blocking the other passengers’ access to the desks.
The other travellers looked on with frustration in the queue.
Meanwhile, staff members didn’t appear to know how to handle the unusual protest.
The bizarre scenes were filmed at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou, China, on Saturday (12 Apr), as reported by What’s The Jam.
The unnamed passenger was travelling to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam on Spring Airlines flight 9C7347 when he was told his baggage was overweight.
According to the airline’s carriage policies, he was told he would have to pay an excess fee.
The man responded by throwing himself to the floor.
It’s unclear if his sit-down protest led to him being let off the fee.
The video went viral on Facebook, with over 3,200 views and dozens of comments.
One local said: “Charge him extra for the dummy he also spat out.”
Another added: “Interesting style of protest, quite similar to a 6-year-old child isn’t it?”
Robert remarked: “Bro is just taking a nap.”
Victor suggested: “Put a destination tag on his foot and send him to Florida.”
