A massive crocodile has been captured after getting stuck in a dam.
The 13ft long reptile was first spotted by local residents who immediately called the police.
After officers arrived on the scene, they realised the croc was too big to deal with themselves, so they called the environmental authorities for backup.

Cops then secured the area and waited for the arrival of experts from the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources and the Attorney General for Environmental Protection.
Civil Protection officials and a firefighting crew were also on hand to help with the operation.
The crocodile was successfully captured at the El Jileño Dam in the western Mexican state of Nayarit yesterday (Nov 6).
Footage shows the croc with a rope around its snout near the side of the dam.
In the next clip, the huge reptile is seen thrashing its tail and rolling over as four officials try to drag it out of a bush.
Another video shows the animal with its snout tied shut as the rescue team secures its limbs and tail.
The croc was loaded onto a pickup truck and later released into its natural habitat, as reported by What’s The Jam.
It’s unclear how it found its way into the dam.
Footage of the capture has been widely shared on Facebook.
One local commented: “That croc would eat a person in a heartbeat.”
Another said: “Poor thing, there has to be a better way?”
Angela wrote: “Wow, look how big it is.”
