An iconic Aston Martin that starred in the global TV show, Dynasty, heads under the hammer for over $9,000.
This eye-catching 1981 Aston-Martin V8 Volante has dazzled fans on the small screen and is now looking for a new owner.
The vintage ride featured in the show 80s TV royalty such as John Forsythe, Linda Evans and Joan Collins.

The soap opera that aired for nine seasons was the number one show in the States in 1985.
The Aston Martin V8 Volante is one of just 849 ever made by the British luxury car manufacturer, as reported by Whats The Jam.
Despite its age , he motor has just 38,711 miles on the clock – averaging just over 860 miles a year.
The ride is equipped with a 5.3 litre DOHC V8 engine and has an impressive top speed of 150mph.
It produces a brake horsepower of 320.
The exterior of the motor is finished in a dazzling storm red paint job with a tan leather interior.
SBX Cars is hosting the sale of the motor in Lynnwood, Washington, USA.
The highest bid currently sits at $9,999 with the sale ending on 18 March.
Before appearing on Dynasty, the motor was delivered to Beverley Hills by legendary fashion designer Bijan Pakzad straight from the Newport Pagnell Works in 1980.
The car appeared on the show whilst under his possession before heading to the Peterson Automotive Museum collection until 2008.
