An eagle‑eyed biker saved a kitten from being run over after spotting it darting through traffic on a busy road.
He gasped in shock when he saw the tiny moggy slip under a car – and, thankfully, emerge unharmed moments later.
The kitten bolted towards the central reservation as Jose Cerecer brought his motorcycle to a stop and jumped off to pull it to safety.

He could be heard reacting in disbelief as the little cat then crossed to the opposite side of the road.
After losing sight of it, Jose dodged speeding vehicles in a desperate search, hoping the kitten wouldn’t be struck.
He finally found it perched on a roadside ledge, scooped it up, and returned to his parked bike – later naming the furball Kuki.
The rescue unfolded in Guadalajara, north west of Mexico City, Mexico, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Yesterday (8 Oct), Jose said: “I don’t know who the rotten person was that left you stranded halfway along López Mateos Avenue.
“But don’t worry – you’re in good hands now. Welcome home, Kuki.”
Jose is now raising funds “to buy food, toys, amenities, and medical care” for his new companion.
He explained: “Kuki has arrived at a home full of little brothers and sisters and ‘mums’, as over the years I’ve rescued and given shelter to animals rejected by society.
“If we raise more than Kuki needs, please be assured the extra funds will not be spent on me – they will go entirely towards improving the lives of these animals.”
One commenter, Jazzy, said: “She’s so tiny. Thank you for not turning a blind eye and helping her.”
